Long-lasting pumps
The operating conditions in the fishing industry are often difficult and wear hard on the pumps. That is why we offer to supply the pumps in solid stainless steel. To provide the highest possible protection against corrosion, we can also fit the pump with zinc anodes.
Focus on daily operation
All Landia pumps are fitted with an efficient knife system at the pump inlet and are in principle clog-free. This means that you can spend time on what is most important – namely daily operation.
In September 2016, Landia delivered both chopper pumps and mixers to an entirely new integrated fish silage production system on the Faroese factory trawler Akraberg. The new system will allow the trawler to produce large quantities of fish silage.
